Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have felt like we were at the office, thanks to the GD Contigo project. We launched an online platform where we were all connected, sharing information to make being at home more bearable.

We held workshops, virtual cafes to unwind, shared courses, events, and resources for everyone, including the little ones. We created videos of support and encouragement, launched hashtags to share content (#PeroTodosJuntos #GDContigo).

Our HR colleagues kept track of how everyone was doing through regular surveys and scheduled meetings.
